Check-in done online – around the clock
There is no reception on site. Instead, you complete check-in conveniently online – from wherever you are.
- The link to the Guest App (no download required) will be sent to you with your booking confirmation by email.
- Please complete the check-in form before your arrival – the digital key can only be created after successful check-in.
- Online check-in is available around the clock. Arrival at the apartment is possible from 3:00 PM – then for as long as you like.
- Check-out by 11:00 AM. Please close all windows and turn off the lights before leaving the apartment.
- There is no on-site reception. For questions, we are available via the Guest App.
Important
Without completed check-in, no digital key can be created – meaning no access to the apartment. After 11:00 AM on the day of departure, the digital key only opens the general doors – e.g. for luggage storage.
Digital Key
Your digital key – elegant, simple, secure.
Your smartphone becomes the key. After check-in, you create it directly in the Guest App and use it to open the main entrance and your apartment.
- After successful check-in, you create a digital key that gives you access to the main entrance and your apartment.
- The Digital Key works via Bluetooth – please make sure it is activated on your device.
- You can also share the digital key with your travel companions by sending it directly from the app.
- The exact address of your accommodation will be sent with your booking confirmation by email – it is also stored in your digital key.

Accessibility – an honest word
We are located in the heart of Lucerne's old town – in beautiful historic buildings that have preserved their character over centuries. This also has its limits.
If you are travelling with limited mobility, please contact us before booking – we will advise you honestly. Our apartments are not wheelchair accessible – heritage protection of these historic buildings does not allow structural modifications. Where lifts are available, the cabins are usually too small for wheelchairs.
- The lift is available at all times.
- Out of consideration for other guests and to avoid noise disturbance, please use the lift after 10:00 PM as little as possible.

Luggage Storage
Luggage storage in the basement
A room in the basement at Weinmarkt 8 is available for storing your luggage – not yet available, but coming soon.
- In the basement of our apartments at Weinmarkt 8, 6004 Lucerne, a room is available for luggage storage.
- Access is exclusively via the Anotr Café – a staff member will open the door for you and accompany you to the basement. Luggage can therefore only be dropped off or collected during Anotr Café opening hours, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- The room cannot be separately locked and is shared by all guests.
- Storage is at your own risk – ODA Suites assumes no liability.
Laundry Room
Laundry Room – for longer stays
For guests with longer stays, a laundry room is available in the basement – coming soon.
- In the basement of our apartments at Weinmarkt 8, 6004 Lucerne, a laundry room is available.
- With your digital key (currently only via the lift), you can access the basement – the room is straight ahead when you come down from the stairs.
- The room cannot be separately locked and is shared by all guests.
- Use of the laundry room is at your own risk – ODA Suites assumes no liability.
- Access is available at any time during your stay. Out of consideration for other guests and to avoid noise disturbance, please do not use the laundry room after 10:00 PM.

- On-site parking is not possible – no parking spaces are available in Lucerne's old town.
- In the immediate vicinity, you will find paid parking spaces as well as several parking garages. Recommended garages within walking distance: Parkhaus Altstadt, Parkhaus Löwencenter or Bahnhofparking. All within 5–10 minutes on foot.
